Bismillahirrahmanirrahim,
The Hilal (crescent) of Hijri 1436 Rajab has been observed and could not be sighted during the night of April 19th 2015. Since the Hilal could not be sighted, the month Jamaziya'l-Akhir will be completed to 30 days.
Therefore the first day of the Islamic month, Rajab 1436H will be Tuesday April 21st 2015 Inshallah.
