How Can a Non-Muslim Become Muslim? How Is a Non-Muslim Ruled As Muslim?

Bismillâh'ir Rahmân'ir Rahîm.

In this age, regardless of where in the world one is, apart from the Muslim, people and Jinns live as they want and are not in preparation for the life after death. According to them, the value of human and Jinn is characterized among themselves by various qualities based on whims and desires and gains value based on it. Although the fact that human beings and Jinn are categorized in three in the Qur'ân, the final book of Allâhu Taâlâ, holds no weight/worth in the sight of the deniers, they will one day have to accept the truth they deny. In the Qur'ân, the final book of truth which Allâhu Taâlâ has sent as an abrogation of all previous books and on the tongue of the final prophet Muhammad may peace and blessings be upon him, Allâh has categorised mankind and the jinn into three classes.

Infidels, Hypocrites, and Muslims.

Regardless of where they are in the world and regardless of their state or nationality, no human nor Jinn can go beyond these three classes. Now let's get to know these three classes and gradually search for answers to the questions in the title. Our aim is to attract the attention of non-Muslims and to be a means in their guidance. May Allâhu Taâlâ help us reach our goal Âmîn.
Ibnu Aqîl Rahimahullâh said, "If you want to learn the status of Islâm among contemporary people, then do not look at their crowds at the doors of the mosques and their crying Labbayk at the Mawqif (during Hajj). On the contrary, look at their collusion with the enemies of the Sharî'ah!" (Ibnu Muflih, al-Âdâb'ush Sharî'ah, 1/237)
