QuoteWe inevitably have a dialogue with the mushrikin, and in dialogue they express that they are Muslims. If we do not say "no, you are not Muslim!" at that moment, do we commit Kufr according to the verse Nisa 140?

Or when they talk about mushrikin they know and refer to them as "he is a very good Muslim."

Bismillâh'ir Rahmân'ir Rahîm. The principle, showing consent to Kufr is Kufr, is general and is inclusive of all kinds of Kufr words. Consenting to a person being Muslim while he is upon Kufr means consenting to labelling Kufr as Îmân, therefore, it is Kufr. One cannot consent to a Kâfir ascribing himself to Îmân or Islâm, stating that he is upon the truth, and his statements that show the truth as falsehood and falsehood as the truth. Thus, it is necessary to object to a person who expresses this. However, it is better to object based on wisdom and foresight rather than with an attitude that would alienate the Kuffâr from the religion. For example, if a Kâfir says, "I know a devout Muslim," it could be said to him, "We live in the end times when everyone considers themselves to be Muslim, but the true Muslims are few. How strange is Islâm today! May Allâh guide him and allow him to be a true Muslim!" And Allâh knows best.
Ibnu Aqîl Rahimahullâh said, "If you want to learn the status of Islâm among contemporary people, then do not look at their crowds at the doors of the mosques and their crying Labbayk at the Mawqif (during Hajj). On the contrary, look at their collusion with the enemies of the Sharî'ah!" (Ibnu Muflih, al-Âdâb'ush Sharî'ah, 1/237)
