1 Ramadan 1437H
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim,
The crescent of Ramadan 1437H has been sighted by the Muslimin on the evening of 29 Shabaan 1437H (Monday, June 6th 2016).اَللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اَللَّهُمَّ أَهِّلْهُ عَلَيْناَ بِاْلأَمْنِ وَ اْلإِيماَنِ، وَ السَّلاَمَةِ وَ اْلإِسْلاَمِ، وَ التَّوْفِيقِ لِماَ تُحِبُّ رَبَّناَ وَ تَرْضَى،رَبُّناَ وَ رَبُّكَ اللهُ
"Allah is the Most Great!.. O Allah, bring us the Hilal (crescent moon) with security and Iman (faith) with peace and in Islam and in harmony with what our Lord loves and what pleases Him. Our Lord and your Lord is Allah!.." (Tirmidhi, #1228)
The first day of Ramadan 1437H will be on Tuesday, June 7th 2016 Inshallah. The first Tarawih prayers would be performed and Suhur (predawn meal) would be eaten tonight Monday, June 6th 2016 Inshallah.
