Even though tonight Sunday November 19th 2017AD, which the 29th of Safar 1439H falls on, the Hilaal (crescent) of the month Rabi'ul Awwal 1439H was observed however due to the weather conditions the Hilaal could not be sighted.
Therefore, Safar 1439H will be completed to thirty days as it was prescribed by the Shari'ah and the 1st day of Safar 1439H will be on Tuesday November 21st 2017 Inshallah.
