Even though tonight Tuesday December 19th, 2017AD, which the 29th of Rabi'ul Awwal 1439H falls on, the Hilaal (crescent) of the month Rabi'ul Akhir 1439H was observed however due to weather conditions the Hilaal could not be sighted.
Therefore, Rabi'ul Akhir 1439H will be completed to thirty days as it was prescribed by the Shari'ah and the 1st day of Rabi'ul Akhir 1439H will be on Thursday December 21st 2017 Inshallah.
