Bismillah,

Tonight Monday, April 16th 2018 which the 29th of Rajab 1439H falls on, the Hilāl (crescent) of the month Sha'bān 1439H was observed due to weather conditions the Hilāl could not be sighted. Therefore the month of Rajab will be completed to 30 days as was prescribed in the Sunnah.

Therefore  the 1st of Sha'bān 1439 will fall on April 18th 2018 inshāllāh.

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim,

Tonight Wednesday May 16th 2018 / Sha'bān 29th 1439H, the Hilāl (crescent) of 1 Ramadhān 1439H had been sighted by a group of Muslimīn.

اَللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اَللَّهُمَّ أَهِّلْهُ عَلَيْناَ بِاْلأَمْنِ وَ اْلإِيماَنِ، وَ السَّلاَمَةِ وَ اْلإِسْلاَمِ، وَ التَّوْفِيقِ لِماَ تُحِبُّ رَبَّناَ وَ تَرْضَى،رَبُّناَ وَ رَبُّكَ اللهُ
"Allāh is the Most Great!.. O Allāh, bring us the Hilāl (crescent moon) with security and Imān (faith) with peace and in Islām and in harmony with what our Lord loves and what pleases Him. Our Lord and your Lord is Allāh!.." (Tirmidhī; Dārimī)

Therefore 1 Ramadhān 1439H, will be tomorrow; Thursday May 17th 2018 Inshāllāh.

We ask Allāh Ta'ālā to make the blessed month of Ramadhān as a means of Khayr (goodness) for us (Amin)!

1 Shawwāl 1439H & the first day of Iyd'ul Fitr
Friday June 15th 2018

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim,

The Hilāl (crescent) of Shawwāl 1439H was sighted by a group of Muslimīn.

اَللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اَللَّهُمَّ أَهِّلْهُ عَلَيْناَ بِاْلأَمْنِ وَ اْلإِيماَنِ، وَ السَّلاَمَةِ وَ اْلإِسْلاَمِ، وَ التَّوْفِيقِ لِماَ تُحِبُّ رَبَّناَ وَ تَرْضَى،رَبُّناَ وَ رَبُّكَ اللهُ
"Allāh is the Most Great!.. O Allāh, bring us the Hilāl (crescent moon) with security and Imān (faith) with peace and in Islām and in harmony with what our Lord loves and what pleases Him. Our Lord and your Lord is Allāh!.." (Tirmidhī; Dārimī)

Therefore 1 Shawwāl 1439H and first day of Iyd'ul Fitr will be on Friday June 15th 2018 Inshāllāh.

We ask Allāh Ta'ālā to bless the Muslimīn in this Iyd and accept our Sālih (righteous) deeds (Amin)!

Bismillah,

Tonight Friday, July 13th 2018 which the 29th of Shawwāl 1439H falls on, the Hilāl (crescent) of the month Dhu'l Qa'dah 1439H was observed however due to weather conditions the Hilāl could not be sighted. Therefore the month of Shawwāl will be completed to 30 days as was prescribed in the Sunnah.

Thus the 1st of Dhu'l Qa'dah 1439 will fall on July 15th 2018 Inshāllāh.

THE 1st of DHI'L HIJJAH 1439H & IYD'UL ADHA (FESTIVAL OF SACRIFICE)

Tonight Sunday August 12th 2018 on the 29th of Dhu'l Qa'dah 1439, the Hilāl (crescent) of the month Dhi'l Hijjah 1439 has been sighted by a group of Muslimīn.

اَللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اَللَّهُمَّ أَهِّلْهُ عَلَيْناَ بِاْلأَمْنِ وَ اْلإِيماَنِ، وَ السَّلاَمَةِ وَ اْلإِسْلاَمِ، وَ التَّوْفِيقِ لِماَ تُحِبُّ رَبَّناَ وَ تَرْضَى،رَبُّناَ وَ رَبُّكَ اللهُ
"Allāh is the Most Great!.. O Allāh, bring us the Hilāl (crescent moon) with security and Imān (faith) with peace and in Islām and in harmony with what our Lord loves and what pleases Him. Our Lord and your Lord is Allāh!.." (Tirmidhī; Dārimī)

According to this; Monday August 13th 2018 is the first day of the month Dhi'l Hijjah 1439 and the first day of the blessed Iyd'ul Adha will be on Wednesday August 22nd 2018 Inshallāh.

We ask Allāh to give Tawfīq (success) to the Muslimīn so that they would have the opportunity to establish and perform Sālih (righteous) Amāl (deeds) in this blessed season which combine both the first ten days of Dhi'l Hijjah and the days of Iyd'ul Adha.

Tonight Monday, September 10th 2018 which the 29th of Dhi'l Hijjah 1439H falls on, the Hilāl (crescent) of the month Muharram 1440H was observed and due to weather conditions the Hilāl could not be sighted. Therefore the month of Dhi'l Hijjah will be completed to 30 days as was prescribed in the Sunnah.

Therefore  the 1st of Muharram 1440 will fall on September 12th 2018 inshāllāh.

Tonight Thursday, November 8th 2018 which the 29th of Saffar 1440H falls on, the Hilāl (crescent) of the month Rabī'ul Awwal 1440H was observed and due to weather conditions the Hilāl could not be sighted. Therefore the month of Saffar will be completed to 30 days as was prescribed in the Sunnah.

Therefore the 1st of Rabī'ul Awwal 1440 will fall on Saturday November 10th 2018 Inshāllāh.

Therefore the 1st of Jumād'al Ūlā 1440H will fall on the eighth day of the first month (08.01.2019). Wallāhu A'lam!

Therefore the month of Jumād'al Ūlā will be completed to 30 days as was prescribed in the Sunnah.

Thus the 1st of Jumād'al Ākhirah 1440H will fall on the seventh day of the second month (07.02.2019). Wallāhu A'lam!

Tonight, on the 29th of the month of Ramadhān (the fourth of the sixth month 2019), the Hilāl (crescent) of the month of Shawwāl 1440H has been sighted by a group of Muwahhidīn.

اَللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اَللَّهُمَّ أَهِّلْهُ عَلَيْناَ بِاْلأَمْنِ وَ اْلإِيماَنِ، وَ السَّلاَمَةِ وَ اْلإِسْلاَمِ، وَ التَّوْفِيقِ لِماَ تُحِبُّ رَبَّناَ وَ تَرْضَى، رَبُّناَ وَ رَبُّكَ اللهُ
“Allāh is the Most Great!.. O Allāh, bring us the Hilāl (crescent moon) with security and Īmān (faith) with peace and in Islām and in harmony with what our Lord loves and what pleases Him. (O Hilāl) our Lord and your Lord is Allāh!..” (at-Tirmidhī, 5/504; ad-Dārimī, 1/336)

Therefore, the 1st of the month of Shawwāl 1440H, which is the first day of Īyd'ul Fitr will fall on 05/06/2019 Inshāllāh.

THE THIRD OF THE EIGHTH MONTH (03/08) 2019

Tonight, on the 29th of the month of Dhu'l Qa'dah (the second of the eighth month 2019), the Hilāl (crescent) of the month of Dhu'l Hijjah1440H has been sighted by a group of Muwahhidīn around the world.

اَللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اَللَّهُمَّ أَهِّلْهُ عَلَيْناَ بِاْلأَمْنِ وَ اْلإِيماَنِ، وَ السَّلاَمَةِ وَ اْلإِسْلاَمِ، وَ التَّوْفِيقِ لِماَ تُحِبُّ رَبَّناَ وَ تَرْضَى، رَبُّناَ وَ رَبُّكَ اللهُ
“Allāh is the Most Great!.. O Allāh, bring us the Hilāl (crescent moon) with security and Īmān (faith) with peace and in Islām and in harmony with what our Lord loves and what pleases Him. (O Hilāl) our Lord and your Lord is Allāh!..” (at-Tirmidhī, 5/504; ad-Dārimī, 1/336)

Therefore, the 1st of the month of Dhu'l Hijjah 1440H will fall on 03/08/2019 Inshāllāh.

The first day of Īyd'ul Adhā (the Festival of Sacrifice) will fall on the tenth of Dhu'l Hıjjah, which is the twelfth of the eighth month (13/08/2019)

The Mu’minīn can perform the Nawāfil (pl. of Nāfilah; supererogatory) fasts of the month of Dhu'l Hijjah and the Takbīrāt according to this announcement. Those who have the intention to sacrifice an animal for the sake of Allāhu Taālā shall not have his haircut, beard trimmed or body hair removed or nails trimmed.

The Takbīrāt is as follows:

اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَلِلَّهِ الْحَمْدُ
[Meaning: "Allāh is the greatest!.. Allāh is the greatest!.. There is no deity -worthy of worship- except Allāh!.. and Allāh is the greatest!.. Allāh is the greatest!.. and all praise is due to Allāh!.."]

In the reports it was mentioned that those who have the intention to sacrifice an animal for the sake of Allāh Azza wa Jall shall not have their haircut, beard trimmed, body hair removed, or nails trimmed.

Rasūlullāh Sallallāhu Alayhi wa Sallam said,

من أراد أن يضحي فدخل العشر فلا يأخذ من شعره ولا من بشرته شيئاً حتى يضحي
"When any one of you who intend to sacrifice an animal enters in the month (of Dhu'l Hijjah), he should not get his hair or nails touched (cut)!.." (Muslim, Hadīth no: 1977)

May Allāh let us benefit from the ten sacred days of the month of Dhu'l Hijjah and reach Īd’ul Adhā with Khayr (goodness). May Allāh make the coming of Īd'ul Adhā Mubārak (blessed) and full with righteous deeds for all of the Muslimīn. We ask Allāhu Taālā to bless the Īd of the Muslimīn and accept their Sālih (righteous) deeds (Amīn)!

Tonight, on the 29th of Sha’bān (23/04/2020), the Hilāl (crescent moon) of Ramadhān 1441H was observed however it was not witnessed. Therefore, the month of Sha’bān will be completed to 30 days as was prescribed in the Sunnah.

Thus, the 1st day of the Month of Ramadhān 1441H will fall on 25/04/2020. Wallāhu A'lam!

Tonight, on the 29th of Ramadhān (23/05/2020), the Hilāl (crescent) of the month of Shawwāl 1441H was observed however the Hilāl could not be sighted. Thus, the month of Ramadhān will be completed to 30 days as was prescribed in the Sunnah.

Therefore, the 1st of the month of Shawwāl 1441H, which is the first day of Īd’ul Fitr will fall on 25/05/2020 Inshāllāh.

We ask Allāhu Taālā to bless the Īd of all the Muslimūn and accept their Sālih (righteous) deeds (Āmīn)!

The first day of Īyd’ul Adhā (the Festival of Sacrifice) will fall on the tenth of Dhu’l Hıjjah, which corresponds to 01/08/2020.

The Mu’minīn can perform the Nawāfil (pl. of Nāfilah; supererogatory) fasts of the month of Dhu’l Hijjah and the Takbīrāt according to this announcement. Those who have the intention to sacrifice an animal for the sake of Allāhu Taālā should not have his haircut, beard trimmed, body hair removed, or nails trimmed.

Rasūlullāh Sallallāhu Alayhi wa Sallam said,

من أراد أن يضحي فدخل العشر فلا يأخذ من شعره ولا من بشرته شيئاً حتى يضحي
“When any one of you who intend to sacrifice an animal enters in the month (of Dhu’l Hijjah), he should not get his hair or nails touched (cut)!..” (Muslim, Hadīth no: 1977)

As for the Takbīrāt, they are as follows:

اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَلِلَّهِ الْحَمْدُ
[Meaning: “Allāh is the greatest!.. Allāh is the greatest!.. There is no deity -worthy of worship- except Allāh!.. and Allāh is the greatest!.. Allāh is the greatest!.. and all praise is due to Allāh!..”]

May Allāh let us benefit from the ten sacred days of the month of Dhu’l Hijjah and reach Īyd’ul Adhā with Khayr (goodness). May Allāh make the coming of Īyd’ul Adhā Mubārak (blessed) and full with righteous deeds for all of the Muslimīn. We ask Allāhu Taālā to bless the Īyd of the Muslimīn and accept their Sālih (righteous) deeds (Amīn)!..

Tonight, on the 29th of the month of Dhu'l Hijjah (20/08/2020), the Hilāl (crescent moon) of the month of Muharram 1442H was observed and has been sighted by a group of Muwahhidūn around the world.

اَللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اَللَّهُمَّ أَهِّلْهُ عَلَيْناَ بِاْلأَمْنِ وَاْلإِيماَنِ، وَالسَّلاَمَةِ وَاْلإِسْلاَمِ، وَالتَّوْفِيقِ لِماَ تُحِبُّ رَبَّناَ وَتَرْضَى، رَبُّناَ وَرَبُّكَ اللهُ
“Allāh is the Most Great!.. O Allāh, bring us the Hilāl (crescent moon) with security and Īmān (faith) with peace and in Islām and in harmony with what our Lord loves and what pleases Him. (O Hilāl) our Lord and your Lord is Allāh!..” (at-Tirmidhī, 5/504; ad-Dārimī, 1/336)

Tonight, on the 29th of Safar (17/10/2020), the Hilāl (crescent) of the month of Rabī’ul Awwal 1442H was observed however the Hilāl could not be sighted. Thus, the month of Safar will be completed to 30 days as was prescribed in the Sunnah.

Therefore, the 1st of the month of Rabī’ul Awwal 1442H, will fall on 19/10/2020. Wallāhu A'lam!

Therefore, the 1st of the month of Jumād’al Ūlā 1442H, will fall on 17/12/2020. Wallāhu A’lam!
