THE THIRD OF THE EIGHTH MONTH (03/08) 2019
Tonight, on the 29th of the month of Dhu'l Qa'dah (the second of the eighth month 2019), the Hilâl (crescent) of the month of Dhu'l Hijjah1440H has been sighted by a group of Muwahhidîn around the world.
اَللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اَللَّهُمَّ أَهِّلْهُ عَلَيْناَ بِاْلأَمْنِ وَ اْلإِيماَنِ، وَ السَّلاَمَةِ وَ اْلإِسْلاَمِ، وَ التَّوْفِيقِ لِماَ تُحِبُّ رَبَّناَ وَ تَرْضَى، رَبُّناَ وَ رَبُّكَ اللهُ
"Allâh is the Most Great!.. O Allâh, bring us the Hilâl (crescent moon) with security and Îmân (faith) with peace and in Islâm and in harmony with what our Lord loves and what pleases Him. (O Hilâl) our Lord and your Lord is Allâh!.." (at-Tirmidhî, 5/504; ad-Dârimî, 1/336)
Therefore, the 1st of the month of Dhu'l Hijjah 1440H will fall on 03/08/2019 Inshâllâh.
The first day of Îyd'ul Adhâ (the Festival of Sacrifice) will fall on the tenth of Dhu'l Hıjjah, which is the twelfth of the eighth month (13/08/2019)
